FEVO: COMPANY REBRAND

In my first major initiative as the EVP Creative Production/Operations at FEVO, I project managed a full company rebrand — this comprised a wholesale reimagining of FEVO’s brand identity, including its value system, brand persona, mission statement, value proposition, brand positioning, brand voice and visual aesthetic/guidelines. My team and I then compiled a high touch FEVO Brand Bible incorporating all of these elements to ensure internal alignment as well as scalable, cohesive storytelling across all external touch points.

Utilizing these new brand standards, I captained an audit and overhaul of all FEVO-branded content and attendant workflows to maximize efficiency while simultaneously raising the quality of the work; this included sales decks, product mocks, product marketing materials, investor and board updates, email newsletters, presentations, onboarding and orientation documents, social media posts, event collateral and more.

For the first external expression of the new branding, I coordinated and oversaw the build of an entirely new FEVO website focused on articulating the FEVO brand story in a clear and compelling way to the company’s various audiences, including clients, partners, investors and consumers. I also personally oversaw the implementation of SEO best practices, ADA compliance measures and cookie policy requirements.

FEVO saw a 40% increase in net new clients in the year following the launch of the company rebrand.

FEVO provides 800+ world-class brands in sports, music and live entertainment with revolutionary e-commerce software that helps them sell more tickets, reach new fans and capture more customer data.
